Cooking Classes

Bumbu Bali, Restaurant & Cooking SchoolAnyone wishing a more comprehensive understanding of Balinese cuisine is invited to join our very popular cooking program. Classes are conducted every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and are limited to a maximum of 14 participants.The day will start with a 6 am trip to the local village and fish market from where we return around 9 am. Then after enjoying a hearty Balinese breakfast we will prepare a minimum of 20 recipes, transforming you into true Balinese master chefs. The idea behind the classes is not only to enlighten Balinese cuisine to you, but also to extensively discuss many basic techniques in every day cooking.
